Why Bronze?
Bronze is the traditional gift for the 8th wedding anniversary. An alloy of copper and tin, bronze represents the melding of two distinct lives into a stronger, more enduring union. Its warm, golden tone grows richer with time, much like a beautiful marriage.
About this piece
Unlike the more formally shaped earrings in the range, these are cast with the same irregular, off-shaped heart outline that defines our off-shaped pendant series — which means they can be worn alongside the matching pendant as a coordinated set or separately as standalone pieces. Each earring is formed individually, so the left and right will be similar but not perfectly matched: that intentional variability is consistent with how the entire off-shaped series is made. Hanging from sterling silver hooks at roughly 3cm, they are a practical size for daily wear. The bronze finish occupies a different tonal space from silver or gold, making these a genuinely distinctive addition to a jewellery collection. A soft cloth is enough to keep the surface looking bright and clean between wears.
