Bronze Beaten Heart Pendant – 8 in Corner
£43.70
This solid bronze heart combines an all-over beaten texture with a small '8' stamped discreetly in one corner, marking the anniversary without dominating the design. It hangs at roughly 2cm from a sterling silver chain, comfortable enough for daily wear. The subtlety of the stamped numeral makes it a considered choice for someone who'd rather the meaning be personal than obvious — a genuinely thoughtful 8th wedding anniversary gift. As with our other bronze pieces, an occasional wipe with a soft, dry cloth keeps it looking its best.

Why Bronze?
Bronze is the traditional gift for the 8th wedding anniversary. An alloy of copper and tin, bronze represents the melding of two distinct lives into a stronger, more enduring union. Its warm, golden tone grows richer with time, much like a beautiful marriage.
About this piece
The '8' on this pendant is stamped into the lower left corner of the heart face — placed deliberately rather than centred — which keeps it reading as a personal marking rather than a design feature. The beaten texture across the rest of the surface is worked all the way to the edges of the heart, so the stamped corner sits within a field of texture rather than against a blank face. This combination of all-over texture and corner-placed stamping is subtler in effect than central-stamp designs, making it the right choice for someone who prefers their jewellery to carry meaning that is not immediately legible to strangers. At 2cm on a sterling silver chain it is comfortable for daily wear. A dry, soft cloth used occasionally is entirely sufficient care for bronze jewellery.
